§Commercial register

IPable is not yet entered in a commercial register. Incorporation as a UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or GmbH is in progress; this page will be updated with the Registergericht and HRB number immediately upon entry. Until then, the founders act jointly as a GbR in the sense of § 5 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 TMG and §§ 705 ff. BGB.

§VAT identification number

No VAT identification number under § 27a UStG has been issued yet. As a small-scale operator we currently make use of the Kleinunternehmerregelung under § 19 UStG where applicable.
